Chocolate salami

Ingredients:
— 200 gr bitter chocolate
— 300 gr plain biscuit
— 150 gr butter
— 100 gr sugar
— 2 eggs
— 2 spoons of rum

Boil water in a pot, then place a pot on top of that. Melt the chocolate in the second one and mix with some butter. Add sugar, egg, rum and dry biscuit crumbs. Mix well and place in the middle of a baking parchment or tinfoil. Form into salami shape. Seal both ends, and put in fridge for ~2 hours, until hardens. Slice up and serve.
