Tuscan beef steak
– 1 kg beef steak
– 100 gr onion
– 20 gr balsamic vinegar
– 10 gr tomato sauce
– 100 gr chickpea
– 50 gr extra virgin olive oil
– 500 gr fresh spinach leaves
– 1 clove of garlic
– 100 gr Parmesan”
Onion jam with balsamic vinegar
Finely slice onion, sauté in extra virgin olive oil. Add some water to soften the onion. Add potato sauce and balsamic vinegar. Sauté for ~10 minutes until it gains a jam-like consistence.
Soak chickpea in water through a night. Cook in water for ~40 minutes. Blend together then add olive oil, salt and pepper. Whisk until consistent.
Start sautéing a clove of garlic in some oil. Add fresh spinach leaves. Salt them, and turn them around fast when one side has softened.
Pre-heat grill and fry for 5 minutes on each side, including top and bottom. When it has browned a bit, slice up and serve with the above side dishes.
