Pasta viwth squid and tomato

– 400 g pasta
– 600 g squid
– 1 fresh peperoncino
– 50 g finely chopped parsley
– salt
– pepper
– 300 g cherry tomato
– 100 g tomato sauce
– 50 ml white wine
– 50 ml extra virgin olive oil
– 4 baking parchments

Boil water, add salt and pasta. Cook the pasta al dente. In our case it took 10-12 minutes, but it varies depending on th type of pasta used. In the meantime, prepare the sauce. Add olive oil, finely chopped garlic and one peperoncino into a frying pan. When the garlic is browned, add peeled and sliced squid. Whe its meat begins to whiten, add white wine and let the alcohol evaporate. Add chopped cherry tomatoes, salt, pepper and tomato sauce and simmer together for 7-8 minutes.

Drain the al dente pasta, and add to frying pan with the tomato sauce and squid. Mix well and serve.
